Michelle is taking the week off from work and we're taking some time to see the sights in London before we head back to the states. Today (October 24th) marks exactly one month until we return to the US. With limited time left to see the sights, we're packing it in!
We started the week off Monday with a trip to the Natural History museum.
We started our educational experience at the museum riding up the escalator into the fiery red comet, shown above. Quite the dramatic entrance!
This is an Egyptian table top made from different types of marble. So pretty, I wouldn't mind this in our family room!
What a cool bird head! Quite the feather display.
It's a dodo! Too bad these birds are extinct, they sure look cool!
This is a species of stork. I hope it's not the kind of stork that's going to deliver our little one in a couple of months!
The museum was pretty cool (though if you've been to the Smithsonian Natural History museum in Washington D.C., you're not missing much) but the best part was definitely the amazing building it was in. You can see a little of the cool architecture behind the dinosaur above.
